1. Non-Refundable Donations

As a general rule, donations made to the organization are considered voluntary contributions and are non-refundable, as they are used for ongoing charitable programs and community welfare activities.

2. Accidental or Duplicate Donations

If a donor makes a donation in error, such as:

• Duplicate transactions

• Incorrect donation amount

• Unauthorized payment

the donor may request a refund.

3. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 5 to 7 working days from the date of the transaction.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, donors must provide:

• Donation receipt or transaction ID

• Date and amount of donation

• Donor contact information

• Reason for the refund request

Refund requests should be sent to the organization via official contact details.

5. Refund Processing

If the refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method used for the donation. Processing time may take 7–10 working days depending on banking procedures.

6. Organization’s Discretion

Jan Kalyan Parishad Samiti reserves the right to review and approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
